Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.

Customized Orders

Customized and personalized products require additional production time.

Customized orders may take up to 30 working days for delivery, depending on the complexity of the customization and production requirements.

Please consider this timeframe before placing an order for a customized product.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather, logistics disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote locations, public holidays or courier delays.

AL Kab Studios cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
