Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At AL Kab Studios, we carefully inspect products before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in proper condition.

No Cash Refunds

AL Kab Studios does not provide cash or original-payment-method refunds for orders.

Where a refund is approved under our policy, the applicable amount will be provided only as store credit, subject to the terms below.

Store credit may be used toward a future purchase from AL Kab Studios.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

You received a defective or damaged product, or
You received a wrong product, size, design or item due to an error on our end.

Requests that do not fall within these circumstances may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange because they are produced specifically according to the customer's requirements.

However, if the customized product contains a manufacturing defect or an error made by AL Kab Studios, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Reporting a Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us at:

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide:

Order number
Photos of the product
Clear photos/videos showing the defect or incorrect item
Description of the issue

We may request additional photographs or video evidence to verify the issue.

Condition of Returned Products

Where a return or exchange is approved, the product should generally be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
Free from stains, damage or odors
Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery may not qualify.

Store Credit

If a refund is approved, it will be issued only in the form of store credit and not as cash or a refund to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, AL Kab Studios may provide store credit instead.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/exchanges are generally not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Products that have been worn or washed
Customized products where there is no defect or mistake from our side
Minor variations that are inherent to the product/design
Damage caused after delivery by the customer

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.

Shipping Costs for Approved Returns

If the return or exchange is approved because of an error or defect attributable to AL Kab Studios, we will determine the appropriate return/replacement shipping arrangement on a case-by-case basis.
